Makes 8 wraps
1 packet of little boys chicken, herb and garlic sausages
- 8 tortilla wraps
- 2 vine tomatoes
- 1 125gm round of brie
- 8 pieces of asparagus, blanched and refreshed
- 100gm tomato relish (or you favorite relish or dressing)
Pre heat oven to 180.c
Fry sausages for a few minutes on each side until warmed through
Lay out the 8 wraps, on one 1/3 add a sausage to each and follow with brie slices, asparagus, tomato slices and a little relish.
Wrap each tortilla and to a cigar shape and place on lined baking tray
Bake for 5-8 minutes until cheese is melted and wrap is hot.
Serve hot and garnish with chopped parsley and a nice salad to accompany the frittata.
